What Is CXVI?

CXVI is a full service merchandise solution for any organization. We handle all of the details for selling merchandise from design to print to shipment. We make selling branded products easy for anyone at the lowest prices around!

What is the Return Policy

Unfortunately, CXVI does not allow returns. Every sale is final. However, if you are dissatisfied with your purchase or found the sizing to be less than ideal, we do offer a discount on future orders on a case by case basis to help you get the product you want to wear!

Can I cancel My Order?

Unfortunately, once you submit your order, there is nothing we can do to cancel it. Each sale is final.

What If My Order is Defective?

While rare, sometimes an error occurs in the production of merchandise. If you receive an order that has an error in the print or in the product itself, we offer a free replacement product for no charge to you at all. Please simply email cxvi.store@gmail.com with a photo of your defective product within 7 days of delivery and we will get you a replacement as soon as possible!

How Do I Track My Order?

After you place an order, you should get an email confirming. Then once your product ships, you should receive another email with a tracking number!
